I AM WHAT I THINK AND DO! Being the me I want to be is created through my thoughts and actions. The most important of these is to be kind to myself, make it fun, have patience and to remember I already have what I want. I'm realizing that it isn't as simple as success and failure, but rather a cumulative effect of many actions that will enhance my life. Baby steps and practice will get me to where I want to be. Habits can be very difficult to break or develop but with creativity the difficult becomes easier. It takes time and practice because there is always some kind of distraction that inevitiably tests my skill.
Success takes self-accountability. If I feel hopeless or mad at myself every time the scale gains I become my own self-imposed victim of circumstance me who creates set backs to go back to an old comfort zone. If I feel hopeful and happy with myself everytime the scale fluctuates downward I become the self-imposed empowered, healthy me because I am worth the effort!
Dear Buddies, I thank you for your kind words of encouragement yesterday as my mind-set seemed to be spirling into the Winnie the Pooh's friend Eeyore's pessimistic state of mind of "It will never work" but today I feel much more optimistic.
Change your thoughts, change your habits, Change your body, change your life!
