Well weekend issues are in full swing yesterday shopping with daughter who is now out of kids sizes lead to lunch out which we split so was not bad calorically but I did not track the whole day. Now today studying neuropsychological disiroders, meal prep, kids playdate and hoa meeting have me not tracking today or making a recipe for my meal prep. I know I need to track to reach my goal especially my protein intake but grad school, nurse life, mom life and life life it's a lot. Posting for me cause it's my journey!
