Well I've decided to journal on here as a way to keep myself accountable and finally reach my fitness/body goals. Currently I am working on getting to around 20% body fat, last check was 30% so that equates to around 15 lbs. I am doing MAPS anesthetic which a program by mind pump, google them watch or listen they are awesome and so knowledgeable. Exercising is not my issue though. Food is well inconsistency with my usual ways and not tracking is likely hurting me cause I know I do not get enough protein. Protein intake is my focus right now with tracking. Weekly weigh in on Mondays only cause I self sabatoge if I start loosing. This is week 1 so of course I'm going strong 3 weeks is when I usually fall off. Wish me luck never mind don't cause I got this this time!!! Have the best day possible!
