How well is your strength continuing to hold up during your most recent reduction?

TomLong, I am a strange creature in this respect. Overall, I am still progressing even during the cut, and have not lost anything in strength. I even achieved a couple of personal bests during the last weeks of the cut. But it’s not the same day by day. I don’t feel it depends so much on how much I eat. More on how much I sleep, how brave I feel (I do get scared under the bar a lot). Like this week, for example, I completely fucked up squats and deadlifts, but did really well in benching.
