Just to FEEL the weight i am needlessly carrying around all day is Sooo confronting and motivating!


at 4 kilo added weight today. so that means 2 days in a row a perfect score. I hope to be weight-free this weekend! and i am really curious how much weight i lost this week besides the 6 artificial kilo's. because those lost kilo's are a permanent loss, and the artificial kilos will be added again on monday. I am even thinking of starting each monday with the weight i still need to lose and then after an hour or so i will bring that back to 5, because i am not stupid, i understand that lifting a artificial 22 kilo is bad for my back (besides that: i can have a little profit for having lost so many kilo's already, right?)

I think I will follow your example and start carrying some artificial weight. Just out of curiosity :)

I'll be carrying 50 pounds on a backpack soon to prepare for fall. I'll get it up to 100 before I'm done. Likely half hour walks with it 3 times a week. I've got a packboard that's I've tied a piece of plywood with a bolt mounted. Looking forward to dry ground.
