Happy Fathers Day Weekend to the Papa's we appreciate...Brian, Mary and I are gonna take our 20' trailer home on it's maiden voyage! We longed dreamed of this moment after paying our dues tent camping for over 30 years. Very fortunate were we last October to find this trailer at a very good price. I went back into my journals to find the dream my husband had last year before we found our trailer. I quite funny and wonderful...Have a marvelous weekend and let's keep up the momentum to living a healthy happy life! TOWANDA!!!!

BRIANS DREAM:
We recently bought a 5th Wheel which is new to us and used to someone else! We love everything about this new travel home, but noticed it needed alot of T.L.C. I saw my wife Lisa enter the door with mop, broom, and bucket full of cleaning product.

The trailer door shut, the windows opened and the trailer started to rock, shake and move as I saw dust blowing out from the opened window's. This continued on for what seemed to last for days. I began to worry about her. Just as I was about to go in after her I heard and witnessed a last Burst of Dust...... POOF...... a huge dust cloud appeared in front of my eyes!!!!

The door opened slowly and my wife called to me saying it was done and was ready for me and my daughter to enter. Upon entering my mouth about dropped to the ground as all the chrome was shiny, the woodwork was pristine, everything was transformed from old to new.

I Cherish this DREAM come true because it reminds me that we can make changes for the better with a little TLC. TOWANDA!!!!!

You're like Sam from Bewitched in that dream! Y' know... I have never ever considered a camper because the gasoline bill might scare me. But the thought of being able to sleep in my own bed when I travel sounds wonderful. Hmm...

Now, a caravan sounds like an interesting idea. All I have to do is persuade my wife that dipping into our exiguous savings would be a good idea (and that this way we could take ourselves to the sea more easily). On the other hand, given that my field is Caribbean studies, I'd much rather work in my research area more directly. I was reminded of this recently when I attended the Caribbean Studies Association conference in Kòrsow\Curaçao.

I really enjoy dreaming. Upon awakening, I find so much to learn from the experience. As a child, I remember the scary dreams I had but when I learned to face the evil villan of my dream, I stopped having them lol. Thanks for sharing, Lisa! (((HUGS))) ♥Ruby♥

Bon voyage on your maiden voyage! You make an excellent point about what can be accomplished and transformed by a little TLC. I love the idea that what someone else has used and is done with can be made new and fresh to be enjoyed by someone else. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend!
