Hello buddies!
I have been thinking about the possibility of doing a cleanse, and I have heard decent things about Advocare.. does anyone have any positive/negative experiences with it? Or with any other cleanses?

I am an AdvoCare distributor, I do them about every 90 days. It's very gentle, you pee a lot but won't have too much belly discomfort (I know some you feel like you're gonna crap your pants). I actually just got done with one last Wednesday, lost 5.8 pounds in 10 days. Now, granted that's mostly water weight but that helps to get rid of the nasties hiding in my body so my metabolism can restart and get moving better! It's basically a regimen of fiber, lots of water, probiotic, cleanse tablets, and Omega3s (provided in the AdvoCare cleanse kit)...and then fresh produce and lean meats, low dairy and sugar, no processed or fried foods, no pop.

I did the Advocare Cleanse and loved the results. It was worth it. I do not used the products now though because I am on Paleo no sugar or sugar substitutes.
