Frustrating I know. However day to day weights can fluctuate a lot....the longer trend for you has been down. So that's good....keep up what's been working for you. :)

Yes, your trend is what's important. My trainer will only take measurements and weigh once a month. It's helped me with the mini- letdowns and stalls because I don't get to see them...just watch the overall change in my body.

thanks guys :) I am sticking to it. I am the only one in my house of 6 people that are watching my diet. Makes it frustrating to see my partner lose weight without trying lol.
