Back down to weight I was on September 3😏
Ate protein late.
Would say I ate few carbs but that would not be true. Would say i exercised but that would not be true.
Really don’t deserve the dip in the scale.
Trying hard to be mindful but have not managed the pattern that would either help me lose weight or eat healthier.
If I were to have a goal it would be to see 203 on the scale by October.
Stress will fill this day and into the weekend.
