After the half term 'break' (where I didn't record my food or my exercise) I'm back on track.

I think that even though I treated myself when out etc I'm already starting to stop eating before I'm stuffed, eating slower and making better choices. I know I walked more (I have a desk job) so all in all the week was OK - I enjoyed it and still lost weight.

Now I'm back onto 1700 calories or fewer a day and more fruit and veg. I've bought some frozen fruit for smoothie making too.
