haven't dared to weigh myself this weekend. I should've have jumped in the scales last week. as soon as I do that, and see a loss, my brain says "it's working, you can relax now". I stopped logging, had some wine and a few chips and a few titbits from the kids meals. not much but enough to get me out of ketosis and break the 7pm-11am fast.
so today it's back to logging and I might hide the scales somewhere lol

I used to say that to myself about the scale too. If it was DOWN, I'd say, "Oh good, I can REWARD myself with something good to eat." If it was UP, I'd say, "Well, crap! If I'm going to gain even when I do what is right, I might as well eat the wrong things." I don't know what changed with me, but I don't really do that anymore. I still have MANY things that influence my eating behavior; but at least the number on the scale isn't one of them anymore, PTL.
