Day 2
Scale says I'm lighter, but the digital ones can be off. I was not as hungry today... flax oil and seed definately gives me the feeling that I'm more full. I also tried eating my vegetable snack in the morning and the fruit in the pm. That apple definately gave me the pick me up until dinner. Because of the unusually warm weather today, I walked outside for nearly an hour. I also got on the rebounder in the morning while 1 son was napping. Now I can probably get to bed at an earlier time. I'm wondering when I should record my first weigh in.

Hoping for a strong number for you when you come to weigh in; sounds like you are well well on FF track.

Hi! To keep myself honest over the weekend,I weigh in on Monday mornings and don't even think about the scales all week. Keep going, sounds like you're finding your own rhythm:))

I am really hoping the inches come off in addition to a few pounds. I have a record of my hips from four years ago and it was four inches less than I am now... that's two kids and a lot of snacks huh?
