Hey There Journal!
Great day-beautiful day, I was able to sit out in the sun, and exercise in the pool. I plucked my own sweet orange off of my organic orange tree!
My blessings are many, but my joy is seeing my daughter getting better. It is a great day. Still not going after the junk food. YEAH!
Well, I still haven't lost any more wt. but, my clothes are looser. sooo, I believe that I am loosing the wt) :)

That's what I like to eat from my tree, they are so sweet & juicy. Workout in the pool you must be were there is plenty of sunshine. It's good to hear your daughter is doing better. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Glad your daughter is doing better. No orange trees in my part of he country, only store bought oranges. Bet it was yummy... enjoy your nice weather. The inches will come. It's funny for me it was either inches or weight nit usual both at once.

Sometimes the scale lies but loose clothing doesn't. Inches are way better then pounds. Enjoy the weather your having, wish we had that weather here in Pennsylvania...So cold and yucky...Have a wonderful weekend & always praying for you and your daughter :)
