If you make with gelatin, you can take collagen. If you make with agar, you can take fiber. At breakfast, it tends to forget to take fiber unless you eat fruits, fiber rich breads or oatmeal etc. I usually eat huge amount of raw vegetables at lunch and dinner, but breakfast. I think best things in the morning is COFFEE for me, but I think coffee and raw vegetables are not going well together. So I thought it is good idea to make coffee jelly with agar, then I can take some fiber from “a cup of coffee”.
