I went to the gym and my body is saying, thank you!! I get grumpy when my spirit isn't connected to my body and since I haven't pushed it much since last Thursday, I was feeling quite honery. "Just Do It"! but whatever I choose to do it is best if I don't force it because it is so much better with Love! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
