DIET NOT GOING ANYWHERE-Yes I am being very careful with the foods. Not being able to exercise is a killer. Today, I tried to weed the garden on one foot. My other foot is in a cast-boot! Yes, It looks real cute! :} I think that I burned some calories though, but my foot is now in pain.Yikes! I believe the saying goes, "no pain, no gain!" LOL Shh...don't tell my doctor~ :}
