164lbs. The first place I noticed my weight loss was on my sides and back. Now I’m slowly starting to notice the weight loss everywhere else... if I can do this.. can can y’all! Make this a life journey not just a temporary thing. You can do this!

I saw a videos, this guy was comparing weight loss to a paper towel roll. Stating the fat we want to lose being in the center of the roll. He said, you worked out today? Good.. ripped one paper towel. Where did you lose that fat? Who knows.. legs, back, butt? You need to rip every single sheet off that roll before you can lose it where you want, usually where it’s the hardest to lose it. It was very motivating for me (I like visuals). Thank you for the inspiration and further proving all of that! Keep killing it!! 😎

Sabrina440101, I tried Keto. In my opinion it’s temporarily effective for weight loss but unhealthy. No way anyone can lower their body fat percentages while on the keto diet and maintain muscle strength and mass. May be a means for a couch potato to lose weight, an illusion of a short term benefit, I definitely wouldn’t recommend the keto diet long term.
