This is my lowest weight since March 8, 2020, just before the pandemic hit and shut everything down on the 17th. I was 141.3 for a couple of days prior, a bit lower than that in the days before, and I had been so looking forward to breaking into the 130s. I guess that not happening is a small disappointment next to the tragedy so many have faced during those (these...) terrible times.
I will succeed in breaking that barrier this time!!
No alcohol since Friday Night July 8th).
