bought some XL sized t shirts yesterday and they aint tight which is a nice feeling all my pants are very loose as well i think they are looser then the first time my weight was in this ballpark good thing i dont buy expensive cloths or it wold be a financial pain to replace them .i think ill try on my size 52 pants just for shits and giggles . well i didn't lift yesterday just took it easy on the old treadmill . wasn't feeling the elliptical will be doing legs and tri's today very happy with the weight loss this week so far hope it keeps up . not looking forward to today's workout because it will be heavy and my legs are sore as it is but soreness isn't pain and injury so it must be worked through . at least i get to watch a little TV prior to going as ill be getting a late start today .
