Keep the faith, eat nutritious foods while dieting. My bc came back I know it’s hard but be positive. My emotions are all over the place but I try to eat nutritious foods, exercise and take good care of myself.

Yay that you've finished radiation treatments. Now for motivation, I love reading others journals with all the up and downs. It just reminds me to "Trust the process". You got this!
