Scale was in the car so no real weigh in. Yesterday’s calories where yummy but over budget.
Got 10000 steps in because we walked to breakfast. Might have over done the syrup part. Then even though we were full stopped at Ole’s in Paxton Nebraska because son said we should go. Was really full so skipped supper. Had a steak cottage cheese and sweet potato casserole.
