yes i will archive this one. need to remind myself, not seeking more loss after 40 pounds. goal is consistency with nutrition, choices, accountability and exercise. strength, energy, flexibility and muscle mass. plan for holiday weekend is a hybrid "cheat meals" and stick to plan. spread it out, space it out, and keep adverse effects to a minimum.
