Haven't been here for a while. Really wanna crack down, lose weight and reach a healthy weight now of 149 lbs and 33% body fat, at the very least.
I am at 192 lbs, 87 kg Waist 38, Hips 42, Chest 42, Thigh 25, Calf 17, Bicep 12, Body Fat 42%
I don't know how much of it is muscle but I know I've definitely got some extra pounds and I'm tired of not fitting in clothes, feeling ugly and buying XL sizes like I'm a monster.
To lose: 43 lbs (and consequently 9% body fat, hopefully) or lose 20 lbs and fall from overweight to marginally overweight. a 0.8 of Waist to Hip (42 hip = 34 waist)
