OK, so I started a new diet. It's not on here, but basically it goes like this... no diet sodas or diet drinks. The aspartame just makes you crave more sweets. Tea and Coffee are allowed and you can sweeten it with Truvia, but no other artificial sweeteners are allowed because they have aspartame.
Mid-morning: fruit snack (fruits that are allowed: apples, oranges, 1/2 grapefruit, strawberries)
Lunch: chicken, white fish, lobster, shrimp, or beef (100 oz. portion). Must be steamed, broiled, or baked. Don't use any kind of oil. Also, 1 cup serving of veggies. Veggies allowed are: cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, radishes, spinach. But only one kind at a time. Like, it can't be a salad of cukes and tomatoes.
The juice of 1 lime can be used for seasoning. Seasonings are OK, but make sure there's no sugar in them.
Mid-afternoon: fruit snack (but it must be a different fruit from the one in the morning).
Dinner: same as above, but it must be a different meat, and a different veggie.
Drink lots of water... at least 64 oz. throughout the day.
