this. while there are some criticizing what people post, if it's a draw to the computer/app that causes you to meet your goals, it's a great resource. no one does this alone.

I agree - it is invaluable to have other people - other than just on-line info or on-site input for tracking purposes - all persons have their share of life ups & downs but the support for both - here by these people - when you think about it - it is emotionally stirring - Gratitude.

How do you guys insert the emojis??? Never have a problem outside this app. I am on Windows 10. Have not tried on mg Android. Thank you in advance!
