Went to the grocery store today and wanted to get food for the weekend. Naturally went down the non food aisle and it's like the weightloss Gods wanted me to go there. Found an exercise ball and even a 4kg kettlebell very cheap! Snatched them up and next to that was a hand mixer.. I got it and went straight to the fruit section and got some pre-frozen fruit to mix with either almond milk or low-fat greek yogurt. Made a smoothie when I got home and omg is it GOOD!

Here's the recipe I used for my smoothie. I'd snap a pic but i'd be lying if I said I didn't already finish it while typing this out. Instead I'll post a picture I found on google that resembles it!

I used

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
1 package of pre-frozen fruit (it contained aprox 3 strawberries, 3 blueberries, and 1/2 a banana.
2 ring slices of pineapple

After I added up each individual item it came out to about 229 calories with 16 oz of fluid, wow! So filling
