Today is the first day I've seen real progress. I've officially lost 2kg. The scale doesn't lie and wow it feels good. I learned that weighing myself alot during the day is only hurting me, and showing how much water retention I have, so I record my weight daily in the morning as soon as I wake up, to know my true weight. I wasn't planning to weigh in until May 1st but I saw this progress and my motivation for today is skyrocketed! Let's get it!!
