The amount I excersize I should weigh nothing! It makes me feel good and I really do enjoy it so don't only do it for the weight loss but do wish it did more! Currently running 1-2 times a week. I play squash 3 times a week and do hot yoga once a week. I try do a 15 minute home workout 3 times a week also to work on muscle gain. I can't even manage 5 push ups so definitely not storing all this weight in my "muscles" if I can even call them that😅
I knowwww there are other benefits and I'm happy I get to be so active but being a skinny bitch would also be wonderful🙈
