Happy Thursday!! This week has blown by so fast. It's crazy. The end of the year and time is just speeding up. So, I've been waking up earlier to do my workouts every other day. Nothing special, just doing some planks, squats, push ups, oblique twists, and leg/arm extensions. Today I decided to throw in some more stuff. So, using the total gym, I did shoulder presses, seated rows, bicep curls, and butterflies. That plus increasing my finisher time to 40 seconds working out/20 seconds rest..... I'm beat. But I feel great. Gotta keep it up. Hope everyone has a great day. Mine should be a lot of fun.
