Thanks to the diet, I learned to appreciate new foods and cooking methods. I'm very happy but, I have to admit, NOTHING beats fried food 🥲

@erq1 Before becoming a vegetarian, I ate a lot of them too. But I love fried eggplant or fried zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta. 😍 Then there is a typical dish of fried pasta seasoned with spices and vegetables called "pettole". Yummy 😍. (but now I'm hungry)

@erq1why "sorry"? It's always nice to talk about good food, even if it makes you hungry 😆. @katsolo I have an air frier and use it a lot but it fails sometimes. Especially with fresh food the result is good but not excellent

FWIW, I bought a better sprayer/mister and that helped tremendously. one has olive oil and the other has avocado oil in it

I need to find an oil spray. Unfortunately here in Italy it is difficult to find. I have never seen avocado oil in stores but I couldn't buy it because my boyfriend has an extra virgin olive oil company and therefore all other types of oil are banned from home 😂

Honestly my air frier gets foods close enough that I don’t really miss the true fried foods nearly as much as I did before I got one!

Fantastic, I know the Carli oil! It is famous in Italy. I'll have to buy the spray on Amazon then! Maybe this way my air frier will be able to overcome the classic fried 💪
