So I took a break. BIG Mistake. I gained all but 5lbs back. =( It has been more than a year but I was doing so well. I will again use this website as help and encouragement. I am determine. Need to make this change...and not only that, I need to make it PERMANENT!!!! My mini goal for a month from today (May 26) is to weigh 190lbs. Here we go again.
