Well, the numbers STILL aren't changing, however I got into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for awhile. Guess the muscle weighs more that fat thing is happening. I'll take it!

Great job. I'm discovering the same thing about muscle vs fat weight. I hovered around 250 for a while because of that, but kicked my diet back into gear the past week.
