I lost a lot a weight it seems like overnight... I think the added pounds from my weak days weren't really pounds I had increased.... I believe this because there is no way that getting back on track for 2 days was gonna put me 2lbs less than I was before I did all that fast food eating... I guess it just took my body a while longer to digest. Either way, I am happy. My minnie goal of 165lbs on 6-14 seems fairly reasonable... that's 7lbs in two weeks....:) Im confident I can do it. My only fear is that the weekend is here.... and that is where I have my most horrible slips.... Wish me luck!!!
