2kg down!!! I have stuck to my calorie count, (most days), and going to the gym. So far so good but now have Covid so it'll be exercise at home for me!!! I just need to watch out for boredom eating 🙄 But over all I'm very pleased 🙂

My solution to boredom eating is to not have any tempting foods. So I end up boredom eating snacking on a carrot or an apple. I know myself too well more than one treat in the weekly shop and I’ll gain weight so I am strict on what I buy 😂😂😂
