I am back, I had a few set backs, I can't weigh in today battery died in my scale, I weighed in at the doctors last week at 229 am up due to mental and depression issues. they get you every time. also got Covid last month, that really put a damper in my diet, but I'm back and ready to do this, will post my weight when I get batteries, I know it's gonna be bad, but I'm not gonna let that get me down, Im back and I'm gonna do this!!!!!
