Very dissapointed in myself.... I have not taken care of myself for about 10 days... I didn't gain as much as I thought I would, but i am upset that all the hard work I have been putting in is going to waste. As of yesterday, I am trying to be focused and back on track. My minnie goal from today until June 14, 2009 is 165lbs.... Here we go!
