Damn my holiday driven dietary indifference!
So yeah... the Law of /0 still stands. No dieting on holidays. A dozen days out of a year will not ruin you. Live a little... but only a little.
I went to the boonies to hang out with my uncle and visit some other family peeps. We ended up watching a Rodney Carrington (Live at the Majestic) DVD. If you're interested in jokes about fish b***s and chicken d***s check it out. Hilarity ensued. Pizza also ensued. Indigestion also ensued. Bleh.
I still don't feel like I have all of my running fitness back. It's not exactly difficult, it just seems like I can't get enough air. Only one more week before training officially starts.
NERD ALERT! I finally started watching Cowboy Bebop. I know. I'm late by about a decade. I'm only about 7 episodes in, but I'm fairly sure I'm addicted. Episode/Session 5 gave me goosebumps. That song (Green Bird) is so damn beautiful, in a spooky kind of way. I'm going to link to it in the randomnesses.
