Friends, As I look around and see the damage some of us have done to our summer bodies of last year through these past few months I’m encouraged by the energy we must have stored up to reverse this process when springtime and warm temps are on us again! Here we are feeling like we’re being dealt lemons right but I see us making lemonade soon! 👍 My positive thought of the day. 🤓

Good thoughts, dear 66! Is that also a nod to route 66!? That seems like a summer trip to me. 😊 Liv, we even have snow in Seattle today... Burrrrr! So ready for summer... Even if I'm not "ready."

Thanks John… It’s the best lack of motivation excuse I could think of. Hey Mel good to see you are here! 🙏. Yes we are not far from Route 66 and I’m setting my first goal of the summer to ride 66 miles on Route 66 for all these years. Also should be retired for the Route 66 100th Anniversary coming up in a couple more years. Who knows there may be a 100 miler in my future? Erq it’s the thought that counts 👍
