I’m really stressed and in a terrible mood today so I ate 400g tiramisu…… now I have a stomach ache too…… why did I punish myself like this 😭

The ONLY way for me is : don’t buy it!! In my eyes though, its better all in one go than spread over six days… but that doesn’t help how you feel right now. Make a shopping list of ALTERNATIVE desserts. Get a dart board. Make up new insults for whoever has made you feel bad enough to seek comfort!! Draw a line. It will get better!

I know right? Eating away sadness and stress is not working but there are moments when we think it will … we call chocolate ‘artificial happiness’ with my friends😂I will check out those apps they sound interesting!! I’m usually good at leaving the desserts in the shops…that’s why something told me to get it as a reward 😂 It wouldn’t have been a problem if I ate a small amount … But hey it happened I have to move on right? At least I exercised ☺️☺️
