interesting to see the weight coming off nicely.
I am still on my excellent diet with only an occasional treat of choccie things.
Energy levels are way up and I can walk fast and hard without gasping for breath.
Face is looking slim and hairdressers staff commenteed on it on Tuesday visit.
I hope to hit 160 well before Xmas but then I will have to shop for clothes!
Even my shoes are now loose as my feet don't have so much weight to cart about so I am no longer subject to awful corns and calousses from same shoes.

I think my success is eating a minimumof processed foor which generally has several different 'improvers and flavours' in. I think many of these stimulate appetites to eat more and the chemicals somehow cause the body to store fat.
I also think white flour and lard products such as pies, pasties, sausage rolls, are just unnecessary as both the flour and the lard get turned into fat eventually?

I don't think there is any need to try silly fad diets such as ketones and magic fat burning biscuits.
