I did awful today!! My hubby was home and we ate out all 3 meals... I know I ate smaller portions than I use to but I still made poor choices... I will focus on a strict greens and fruits diet from today until Sunday night. I will weigh in Monday and will not step on the scale until then!!! Here we go!!
