Back down to the weight I was 16 days ago...
Even though it is my birthday.. my calorie in take is a little high..
but still within reason, I think-- no birthday cake, but this morning my son Zachary Cartar treated us to breakfast at Bob Evans, (yes I splurged had Cinnamon Hotcake and three sausage links <the syrup was sugar free though), and then later Barbara and I went
out to DQ for a Oreo Brownie Earthquake (that was my lunch)-- instead of a cake-- calorie intake so far...1262 for the day.. less than 600 calories to go...
