I did really good. Not only have I dashed many temptations, but I really wasn't even all that tempted in the first place. I worked out, ate right... Things are going great. I am setting myself a goal for next week. I want to lose 5 lbs by next monday. I'm hoping this isn't a super leap beyond what my body is capable of, but I think it's doable...
