For a while now the first ten pounds have been the hardest to lose. The last time I went to Weight Watchers, it took me all summer to lose 10 pounds. I can remember the first time I did Weight Watchers, I lost 5 pounds the first week, and 2-3 pounds per week thereafter. So anyway, WOO HOO, 10 pounds down. I am pleding that these 10 will not have to be lost again!
