Denise, my main tip would be to eat 6 times a day, every 2.5-3 hours. That definitely reduces the overeating cycle when you wait too long. Also, plan your food the night before. I'm not perfect, but the goal is to do my food diary the night before and prep my meals for the next day. It's work, but it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to do. I have to remind myself of that when I'm feeling lazy!
