I don't care if I'm losing slowly. I am losing, though it didnt budge while I was on my period, I didnt gain either. I'm looking and feeling more fit and am much more active than before. I wont resort to drastic measures to speed it up. I just have to trust the process and be patient. I have started weighing myself again..not so good. If I find it is holding me back I will have someone hide it again. As long as I keep it in perspective I guess it will be ok. We'll seeeee...
