Thx Erq & BrewZ😊😊 Season, sear on all sides & finish in 300F oven. Rest for 5 minutes; slice & serve. Internal temp usually 135F when I remove from oven. And gorgonzola is also good on flip-flops Erq 🤣

Sk, I cooked it to more doneness. Unlike seafood or red meat, I tend to cook pork to well. I left it in the oven with a timer and came back to it just in time. It was the juiciest ever. Thank you❣️
