I cheated this weekend (sunday) so no shocker that todays weigh in wasn't so good. but i feel okay about it and am back on the right track today!! I went on a 6mile hike on Monday to make up for it though. even though there was the set back i feel good today and not at all that upset with myself (and that is new for me)
