I just joined fatsecret after going online to find a calorie counter I lucked up on this wonderful site. I have been dieting on my own since May 25th 2014 and I have lose 30 pounds. I was sad to have found out that a few friends that I have known for over 20 plus years was not to happy about my weight loss plan and the benefits so I decided to find a supportive team and here I am. My goal is to lose 90 lbs by August of 2015. My my short term goal is 30 pounds by my 50th birthday December 13th 2014.

Wow, that is great! You did a great job at losing. I started the same time you did and I only dropped 13 lbs. to date. Sorry that your friend did not support you in getting healthy, but you have come to the right place, here we are very supportive and love to encourage everyone to hang in there!
