@vishaly0741 I eat within 1800-2000 calories. Sometimes, I eat more than that but I never go beyond 2000 calories on a daily basis, Just once in a week.

@shreesmile369 I did because my former consumption was MASSIVE but, you also need to have a good balance of physical activity and diet. I need to workout in order to loose more weight and tone up.

@ashutosh israni I consume eggs but I’m not a huge fan of it plus, I always fail at meeting my protein intake requirements but, I make sure to consume at least 60g of protein per day and that happens when I consume EGG WHITES, SOYA CHUNKS, SOYA MILK, CHEESE and YOGURT.
